Refund Policy
Last updated September 26, 2026. This policy applies to purchases from RENAT TULEBERDIEV, doing business as GradeRise (graderise.org).
GradeRise is a digital subscription service. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to return.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments and refunds.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription. Email amir@graderise.org with the email address used at checkout, or request a refund at paddle.net. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method; your access to paid features ends when the refund is made.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each paid period (1, 3 or 9 months). You can cancel at any time in your account (Profile → Plan) or at paddle.net. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken.
Renewal payments are not refundable, except where required by law or where the service did not work as described. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Политика возврата
GradeRise — цифровая подписка. Ничего не отправляется по почте и возвращать нечего.
Платежи принимает Paddle.com — наш официальный продавец (Merchant of Record). Он же проводит возвраты.
Полный возврат можно попросить в течение 14 дней после первой оплаты подписки: напиши на amir@graderise.org с почты, указанной при оплате, или оформи запрос на paddle.net. Деньги возвращаются на ту же карту, платный доступ после возврата закрывается.
Подписка продлевается сама в конце оплаченного периода (1, 3 или 9 месяцев). Отменить можно в любой момент в профиле (Профиль → Тариф) или на paddle.net. После отмены доступ сохраняется до конца уже оплаченного периода, новых списаний не будет.
Оплата за продление не возвращается, кроме случаев, когда этого требует закон или сервис не работал как описано. Эта политика не ограничивает твои права потребителя по закону.
